Today we got a VPS from Netcup. They call it as root server, just b/c CPU is dedicated.
Some other providers name this as VDS - virtual dedicated server.
Server model is RS 2000 G11, which has 8 cores (AMD EPYC 9634), 16 GB ram and 512 GB NVME disk.

As you see it has quite good performance on all of cpu, disk IO and networking. Certainly the price is not low end, it's €14.2/mon.
